Not all scent is created equal. And not many candles are made with ingredients that are naturally beneficial and healing. Mine are.

You may have heard the terms ‘essential oils’ and ‘synthetic fragrance’, but what do they mean and does it really matter if your candles are made with one or the other?

Choosing a candle on the internet can be tricky. In this post I describe each candle the way I would to a friend if they were choosing one. I’ve given times of day, moods and seasons that I think best suite each candle.
